Leo Clark began his career in real estate in 1999 as a Sales Associate for a boutique agency in the Chicago's Printers Row District. After completing his 1 year residency under his broker he left and founded Gold Coast Realty in 2000.
His mission, provide clients with consistent, personalized service in a relaxing yet professional atmosphere. Utilizing his 10 years experience as a former National Sales Manager he grew the business into a multi-million dollar agency.
Development side:
Seeing the opportunity to build-in an inventory for his agents to sell, Clark pursued the condo-conversion side of the business. His team began buying apartment buildings on the northside of Chicago. The approach was "Soup-to-Nuts". Acquire, GC and Sell. This formula proved to be successful with over 150 Units sold and a satisfied investor base, he continues to seek value-added opportunities.
