Chicago's downtown new construction market remains hot in 2018, especially as we inch close to the height of the busy spring market. With most new developments offering elegant features and lavish extras, some of Chicago’s most expensive new construction condos right now are hard to beat if you're looking to live in luxury, which is definitely what you'll find at these spectacular new buildings.

Cirrus Chicago

As one of the newest condo towers to hit the New Eastside, Cirrus Chicago seems to be flying a little bit under the radar. The building's lakefront location provides supreme views of Lake Michigan and the lakefront pool deck, for our money, is one of the best in town.

One Bennett Park

The exclusive One Bennett Park might be Chicago's most elegant new construction condo building, also making it one of the most desirable as well. Interior finishes are from the renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects and given its positioned right in the middle of downtown's Streeterville neighborhood, we think the location is second-to-none.

9 W. Walton

Located at 9 W Walton, the building known as No 9 Walton lives up to its luxury surroundings. The property is known for large units and balconies, with several units currently priced upwards of $5 million. This affords four-bedrooms, 4.5-baths and up to around 5,000 square feet of living space.

312 W. Huron

The luxury condos of 312 West Huron are just as impressive, as are the building’s amenities. Currently, several of the building’s units are on the market with multi-million dollar price tags, including one 4,700 square foot home priced at more than $6 million.

900 West Washington

Finally, two sprawling penthouse units top off 900 West, located at 900 West Washington. Priced at more than $5 million, a penthouse in this building enjoys spectacular views along with more than 4,900 square feet of living space.
