Also called No 9 Walton, 9 W Walton is a luxury building in Chicago’s stylish Gold Coast. Priced at more than $10 million, a four-bedroom in the building offers up the privacy of an entire full-floor of living space.
Vista Tower
Not to be outdone, Vista Tower not only promises to be one of Chicago’s tallest buildings, but also one of the most luxurious. Several multi-million-dollar options exist, including a 6,000 square foot condo priced at more than $11 million.
