Another dining option is coming to The Loop, giving those who already live or work in Chicago’s primary business district even more choices when it comes where to dine. As first reported by Crain’s Chicago Business, a brand new food hall will be making its way to 205 W. Wacker Drive, just steps from one of the city’s hottest apartment towers, OneEleven.
Although a name has yet to be given to the new dining hall, the space encompasses a sprawling 10,500 square feet and is situated on the building’s ground level. The project, which is a joint-venture from 3Sixty Dining Intelligence, New York-based Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments, and Chicago-based Ameritus Real Estate Investment Management, is expected to open sometime next spring and will apparently feature upscale casual food and drinks, a market, and even a full bar.
Participating restaurants, or basically any other details for that matter, have yet to be released, but the new Loop food hall project will be competing with another food hall development called Revival Food Hall, which is located at 125 S. Clark while featuring a great line-up of restatuants that include Furious Spoon, Antique Taco, and Black Dog Gelato.
