If you like the famed Chicago Cut Steakhouse, you might be interested in the management team’s latest restaurant venture that just opened today, a classy new seafood joint called C Chicago. Offering a fresh, modern take on classic seafood dishes, C Chicago, located at the corner of Kinzie Street and Dearborn Avenue, features a nice variety of mouth-watering seafood options that range from a simple, yet delicious Tuna Sandwich, to a much more involved Kale & Quinoa with Lobster entree.
It’s address at 20 W. Kinzie puts C Chicago inside the old Keefer’s location, which closed last May, with the space having been completely remodeled to resemble a high-end yacht club from the 70s. But aside from the cool decor and awesome metallic shark sculpture that hangs on the wall, C Chicago is focused on serving up the highest quality seafood they can find, using both local purveyors and flying in product as well.
The majority of the menu is centered on whole-cooked fish, portioned for two guests, and the variety of fish here is outstanding. Salmon, cod, whole black bass, and who turbot are all featured in one way or another on the menu, while plenty of appetizers and sides are also available to compliment whatever it is you choose.
C Chicago's dinner menu is below, and for more information, stay tuned for their website to be launched.
