Several major downtown neighborhoods like the West Loop, South Loop, River North, and even part of the Loop are known for classic and historic loft conversions that continue to “wow” Chicago home buyers. But in a city as large as Chicago, old warehouses and industrial buildings that now house some of the most desirable residential real estate are located all over the city and are just waiting to be found by home buyers looking for the ultimate urban sanctuary.

For obvious reasons, Lincoln Park is one of the more popular neighborhoods situated on Chicago’s north side. Its close proximity to the lakefront, broad range of restaurants and boutique shops, and tight-knit community feel make for an attractive option for a lot of different people, but one thing Lincoln Park may not be known for is several very sought-after loft developments that rival any well-known downtown loft building. From the high-character timber ceilings and exposed brick to the open and expansive layouts and design, Lincoln Park lofts certainly have a lot to offer any and all loft lovers.

While not quite as prevalent as some of the neighborhoods mentioned above, plenty of Lincoln Park loftsare active on today’s market. As with anywhere in Chicago, listings are always coming and going, but listed below are lofts for sale in some of our favorite Lincoln Park buildings.
