After another long, cold, and dark winter in Chicago, the weather outside is [finally] starting to heat up, which can only mean one thing: farmer’s market season in Chicago is upon us! Whether you've lived in Chicago for years or are planning a move here this summer, there's nothing better than waking up and taking a stroll through any of the city's neighborhood farmers markets. The colors, the sounds, the smells, and the people all make for a festive setting and there's no better way to support local farmers and artisans than buying some of the amazing goods you'll find on sale.
Starting later this month, roughly 150 farmer’s markets will be coming to Chicago and its suburbs, bringing locals a vast selection of their favorite fruits, veggies, and more from states all around the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
