If you live in Chicago’s Gold Coast and are looking for a new seafood restaurant to check-out, you’ll be pleased to know Mercadito Fish is now officially open. Situated inside the Talbott Hotel and located at 10 E. Delaware Place, Mercadito Hospitality, the group behind a number of acclaimed restaurants nationwide, has officially transformed the Little Market Brasserie into a whole new seafood spot that is centered on American classics like crabcakes, fried shrimp, lobster rolls, chowder, and fish and chips.
The restaurant, which has an all new décor that includes sea-themed graffiti, is just the latest of sea food joints to open up in town, but among the Mercadito Hospitality restaurants, which include Double A, Tavernita, and Barcito here in Chicago, Mercadito Fish is the first seafood concept.
Chef Guillermo Tellez is behind the menu at Mercadito Fish and after a soft opening on July 1st, today is the first day of business for this exciting new concept to hit the Talbott Hotel. Although the new website isn’t live as of this afternoon, try checking back here to learn more about Mercadito Fish and other restaurants by the Mercadito Hospitality Group.
