Famed restaurant designer Mark Knauer, whose portfolio includes The Gage, Tavern on Rush, Gibson’s Steakhouse, Hugo’s Frog Bar, and a large number of other recognizable restaurant spaces, is behind the incredible interiors at Remington’s, which are described as having an grand, urban-like feel with wood-paneled walls, black leather booths, and classic butcher-block tables.
A double-sided fireplace that looks into the kitchen provide a bit of a cozy feeling inside the massive dining space, while a private event room for up to 50 guests and a smaller lounge area that holds up to 30 people also help divide and separate the 6,200 square feet of total area. Also included at the new Remington’s restaurant on Michigan Avenue is a central wine room that accommodates up to 12 people, and in case you’re wondering about the menu, check out the restaurant’s recently launched website here.
