Although a bit older, The Carlyle is a great option for any condo who is looking for the perfect blend of vintage and luxury. Each condo also has a private balcony, and units are pricing right around $477 per square foot. Keep in mind, animal lovers, that pets are not allowed inside The Carlyle.

1300 N. Lake Shore Drive

The condos at 1300 N. Lake Shore Drive are always highly sought-after, not just because of its location but also because of its mesmerizing views of beautiful Lake Michigan. You’ll find the building rises 40 stories high and features 140 individual units. Each side of the building has its own elevator access, and residents here also enjoy round the clock door service. 1300 N lake Shore Drive offers residents two and three-bedroom condos with private terraces, amazing lake views, and incredible amenities, which include an indoor pool and sauna, a sundeck, an exercise room, on-site management, a resident-only garage, and valet parking. Although some condos at 1300 N. Lake Shore jump up into the luxury category, recent prices in the building are only around $286 per square foot, making it one of the more manageable buildings to consider on Lake Shore Drive right now.

9 W. Walton

9 W. Walton is undoubtedly known for being one of the most luxurious buildings, not just in the Gold Coast but anywhere in town. Built back in 2017, 9 W. Walton only stands 35 stories high while featuring just under 70 condos. The spa-like indoor pool is certainly one of its most enticing amenities, but other common features at 9 W. Walton include conference rooms, a fitness center, a sauna, a spa/hot tub, wine lockers, a wine room, a yoga room, and more. Additionally, each unit also comes with breathtaking views from a private terrace, and you’ll also be positioned just steps from Washington Square Park as well.
