As an up and coming area, Wes Loop has had some major changes and is continuing to grow. Everytime I am in the neighborhood, it looks like another apartment building or condo complex is being built. With restaurant row and a ton of shopping, the neighborhood is definitely the spot to be if you’re looking for something new. The Jax, built in 2020, is located at 1220 W Jackson Ave. It is a high end building with 166 units. They offer studios, one beds, and two beds. These upscale modern apartments offer a wide variety of amenities and are now the standard for West Loop living.
