Lincoln Yards ChicagoBy now, chances are you’ve at least heard of the spectacular new master plan being called Lincoln Yards. Just recently, however, architects and developers unveiled impressive new rendering that provide a clearer image of what soon may occupy part of the North Branch riverfront.

According to details outlined by Crain’s, the new campus could include roughly 12 million square feet of office, retail, hotel, and residential space, and some of the new buildings could also reach as high as 70 stories.

The project is being developed by Chicago-based Sterling Bay and the site, located directly between Bucktown and Lincoln Park, encompasses nearly 53 acres. Also part of the project scope is a gorgeous new 20,000-seat soccer stadium, as well as various entertainment

Nearly everybody has some sort of morning fix they need to get the day started, and for many, that fix often comes in the form of a good cup of Joe. Whether it’s a plain old cup of black coffee or something a bit more gourmet like a café latte or cappuccino, nothing quite gets you revved up and ready to face the day ahead like your first cup of coffee in the morning. And for many Chicagoans who like to eat, drink, and shop local, a daily trip to your local Starbucks simply won’t do the trick.

Instead, some Chicago residents simply opt for smaller, more neighborhood-centric coffee joints for their java drink of choice, and in a city as large as Chicago, you can bet there are more than a few local coffee houses that separate themselves from the

True music enthusiasts will argue there’s nothing quite like the sound of vinyl and whether it’s the collectability of record albums, the habitual act of pulling out a giant disc encoded with all your favorite music, or the fact that you simply do prefer the sound of vinyl albums over today’s technology, Chicago certainly has its fair share of local record stores that are sure to have those hidden music gems others may have long-forgotten about. So if you’re a music lover at heart and are looking for some of

Trump Tower Chicago Condos For Sale

Along with being one of downtown Chicago’s most luxurious condo buildings, Trump Tower Chicago was also built in a unique and highly-desirable River North location that’s hard to compare to other residential developments in the area. Situated on a section of the Chicago River that allows for sprawling views of downtown as well as Lake Michigan, it shouldn’t be much of a surprise that every unit housed within Trump Tower features spectacular outlooks you just can’t find in any ordinary Chicago condo building. But aside from its position on the river however, many love Trump Tower’s location for its close proximity to the Loop, as well as so many other downtown attractions and destinations.

Trump Tower’s Michelin-starred restaurant Sixteen has officially closed, although not all is lost for those of us who still love one of downtown’s most beautiful places to dine.

According to reports from multiple outlets, Terrace 16 is now open in place of Sixteen, which was of course one of the Windy City’s fanciest restaurants prior to its closing.

As noted by Eater Chicago, it’s not entirely clear why Sixteen shuttered, although one noticeable change between Sixteen and Terrace 16 is the pricing.

As of now, the most expensive item on the menu at Terrace 16 is the $52 bone-in ribeye, while other notables include the $26 cheeseburger, the $32 seared scallops, and quite the selection of rather affordable appetizers.
