Long considered one of Chicago’s most desirable areas, several Lincoln Park high-rises surprisingly exist somewhat under the radar and are definitely worth a closer look if you're someone who is currently in the market for a new place to call home:

2400 Lakeview

One such building is 2400 N Lakeview. First constructed in the mid-1960s, the building rises up 30-stories along the park’s edge, containing room for studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. This full-amenity building also features an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, along with a 24-hour doorman and fitness center.

1660 N. LaSalle

Right across from Lincoln Park and the Chicago History Museum, 1660 N LaSalle also enjoys sweeping views of the lake and the city skyline. This contemporary building houses nearly 500 condos, including one, two- and three-bedroom designs. As well, there’s also a clubhouse, fitness room, outdoor swimming pool and available parking.

2650 N. Lakeview

Close to Diversey Harbor and across from the park, 2650 N Lakeview presents a number of studio-, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The high-rise rises up 44-stories, with amenities ranging from an indoor swimming pool and sauna to an exercise room and available leased garage parking.
