A Quick Update on One Chicago: River North's Latest Luxe Condo/Apartment Development

One Chicago is one of the city’s highest-profile condo developments currently in the works. Having broken ground back in March 2019, construction has been steadily moving along for over a year already and progress on the mega two-tower project is already starting to have a big impact on the surrounding River North neighborhood.
According to reports, One Chicago’s towers will be positioned atop a podium building that will house a brand new Whole Foods Market, a Life Time athletic club, a sprawling 120-foot long dog park, and both above and below ground parking for up to 1,100 vehicles.
Included within the towers will be a whopping 735 rental units and just 77 luxury condos. But what specifically makes the condo residences unique is that they will start on the taller building’s 44th floor, allowing for spectacular views from every single unit.
Not surprisingly, these luxury living spaces with a premium view won’t come cheap and starting prices for a 1,200 square foot condo are set at $1.75 million.
