Here are some things that make the One Chicago one of the most sought-after luxury buildings in River North.

Grocery on the Ground Floor. Who wouldn’t love to have a grocery store at the base of their building? At One Chicago, residents have access to a 66,000 sq ft grocery store without even leaving their building. The grocery store opened back in 2022 and has been a huge success. The grocery store also offers a wine and beer bar, a hot food cafeteria-style bar, and a smaller cafe. Living in One Chicago also means that scheduling your grocery delivery from downstairs is included in your amenities.

With freshly brewed coffee, healthy snacks, high-speed wifi, and sit-to-stand desks, this coworking space is a luxury and health-prioritizing office in anyone’s eyes. The space also hosts community events such as mixers, panels, and member spotlights, which is perfect for networking needs. 


Located at the base of the building next door to Whole Foods is Phillz Coffee. A chain coffee shop offering an interesting twist on modern coffee, this coffee shop offers small breakfast bites as well as a wide variety of beans all roasted in Oakland California. 


Gemini Grill, also located at the base of the towers, is an up-scale restaurant with multiple levels and fine dining options. Modeled after its sister restaurant, Gemini located in Lincoln Park, Gemini Grill is an American Cuisine restaurant that includes two bars, one downstairs with a high-top seating area and one upstairs with a view of Holy Name Cathedral next door. Ballyhoo Hospitality’s tenth restaurant also has an outdoor seating area during the warmer months.

 at One Chicago comes with the same amenities as owning a condo. There are a few different floor plans to choose from. The pricing is as follows; The one bedroom one bathroom starts around $4,000 and can be up to $5,300. The two bedroom two bathroom starts around $6,600 and can cost you up to $10,000 if you want the added den. The three bedroom two bathroom starts at $8,000 and can end up costing you $11,000 per month. With a washer and dryer in the unit and other high-end appliances, these rentals will have their tenants living in luxury.
