The Fulton Market District may be one of Chicago’s most recognized dining hot spots, but the restaurants of Logan Square are quickly gaining their own attention. Priced out of the area by soaring rent prices, some small, independent restaurants went looking for a more affordable location, and found it along Diversey Avenue.

The up-and-coming dining destination is quickly attracting new restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. You won’t find some of the larger restaurants in the area, but you will find plenty of great options. This includes an Indian-inspired restaurant opening soon, plus an eclectic café that just opened a few months ago.

There’s also a wine shop featuring unique selections from across the globe, a cocktail bar and a café that transforms into a bistro at night. With everything from Mexican street food to multicultural dishes and locally sourced flavors, you’ll find it all on the menu along Diversey Avenue, Chicago’s emerging new restaurant row.
