Luxurious Halsted Flats Apartment Building Near Wrigley Field Listed For $125 Million

The luxury apartment building known as Halsted Flats has hit the market for the second time in as many years, this time with a price tag of a cool $125 million.
Located at 3740 N. Halsted and only blocks from Wrigley Field, Halsted Flats contains 269 units with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
According to Crain’s, Halsted Flats is one of the largest apartment buildings to be listed since the pandemic started, and its location outside of downtown is actually what could make this a more attractive opportunity right now than something in the heart the city, where uncertainty in pricing and demand heading into next year and beyond still looms.
Recent data from CoStar shows Halsted Flats is 91% occupied and the average rental price hovers right around $2.93 a square foot.
Halsted Flats was originally built back in 2014 and was last put on the market back in October of 2018.
