The NeapolitanPenthouses are among the most sought-after condo residences in Chicago, especially in neighborhoods like Old Town. Just recently, the 3-bedroom penthouse at The Neapolitan came back on the market, the first time since August of 2019.

If you’re unfamiliar with the building, The Neapolitan is situated at 1212 N. Wells and conveniently just one block from a brand new Jewel-Osco and the Clark/Division Red Line station.

Built back in 2001, The Neapolitan has 95 units in total, along with 24 hour door service, tennis courts, a dog run, and a clubhouse and exercise room.

With the building being nearly 20 years old, individual condo unit features and finishes vary but the penthouse has a newly updated kitchen with white cabinets, Lapis Lazuli countertops, Subzero appliances, and a 6-burner stove. There is also a full-sized in-unit washer/dryer, and 3-car parking is also available—$45,000 for a tandem space and $30,000 for a single space.

This penthouse condo was listed back in August 2019 for $1.099 million and was also under contract in July 2020 but the asking price now is $840,000, giving potential buyers strong value ahead of the spring market.
