More new condos appear to be on the way to River North as plans for an 11-story building have just recently been revealed by Belgravia Group. According to preliminary plans, the new development would replace a couple parking lots and the building formerly known as Citizen Bar, a popular River North spot that shuttered this past fall, which had one of the best rooftops in the area. 

Should the new Three Sixty West project move forward, the development would include 38 units, as well as 52 deeded parking spaces for resident use. Early reports have the top level of the building featuring two three-bedroom penthouse condos, as well as a common fitness facility, an indoor entertainment lounge, and a sprawling outdoor terrace.

The Ritz Carlton Residences at 118 E. Erie are easily considered to be some of Chicago’s most luxurious condo units, which is why recent price cuts are worth taking note of if you’re in the market for a new unit. 

Earlier this month, the building revealed an exclusive opportunity to buy into the building at a significantly discounted rate, which of course is just in time for the busy fall market. With much of downtown Chicago’s new development catering to the red hot rental market, the inventory of new construction condos in downtown neighborhoods like Streeterville, River North, and the Gold Coast is still lacking, even despite a few new projects like 4 E. What was originally planned to be a 10 story development from MCZ Development is now a pretty slick 12 story development from Chicago-based LG Development. 

Designed by NORR Architects, the rendering shows a sleek glass and concrete exterior that not only fits the trendy River North mold perfectly, but also provides residents with what look to be pretty spacious private terraces, large floor-to-ceiling windows, and reportedly on-site parking as well.

While there's no doubt each location is extremely desirable, there's a few key distinctions that make each building unique. Unlike 4 E. Elm in Chicago's Gold Coast, 100 W.
