What to Expect at the New 369 W. Grand Development

One of the newest additions to River North is certainly attracting interest. The new 369 West development will eventually house hundreds of apartments where a former Clark and Barlow hardware store once stood.
Currently under development by Omni Group, future residents can expect to find ground level retail space and garage parking topped off by more than 350 residential units. The building additionally includes some recessed balconies and amazing penthouse units on its upper levels.
Future residents can expect to find a number of amenities on the building’s sixth floor, including an adjacent outdoor deck topping the building’s podium. Tenants can also expect to enjoy some incredible views of the surrounding neighborhood from the shared space and the private residences.
A small parklet will offer future tenants the enjoyment of some open space nearby. The glass façade, 41-story apartment building sits at the corner of Orleans Street and Grand Avenue.
