The Ronsley

And did we also mention it's a relatively affordable building? Look for a one-bedroom loft at 8 W. Monroe to start somewhere in the low $200,000s.

1040 W. Adams

Dubbed the No. Ten Lofts, 1040 W. Adams remains one of our favorite loft buildings. It's a lower-rise building but still maintains an authentic urban vibe that blends in perfectly with its West Loop surroundings. Additionally, lofts for sale at 1040 W.
