Lincoln Park Update - The Shops At Big Deahl Phase 2 Moves Closer to Completion

Phase two of Big Deahl is now closer to completion. The four-building development sits in Chicago’s Lincoln Park.
Phase one consisted of a three-story climbing gym called Movement Lincoln Park. That was finished last year. Phase two consists of a new urban park, as well as three more buildings, the tallest of which is 27-stories high.
The residential tower at 1475 N Kingsbury Street is one of the newest high-rises to come to Clybourn Corridor. The first floor of the building will be reserved as retail space, while more than 300 apartments will be housed on its upper floors.
At the top of the residential tower, you’ll find an amenity deck with a fire pit and seating, a hot tub, and a swimming pool. You’ll also soon find some cabanas and a lawn area, multiple lounges, and some flexible indoor/outdoor space on the rooftop. As well, this building will have parking for around 110 vehicles.
Common Lincoln Park is a 10-story building planned as part of phase two. This midrise building is described as a co-living residential building with more than 120 rentals. The units of Common Lincoln Park will range from one- to four-bedroom configurations.
Amenities in this building include housekeeping, a lounge, an outdoor terrace, and a fitness facility. All units come fully furnished with kitchenware and linens.
The apartments have private bedrooms but will be attached to some shared living space in the center. They will also include in-unit laundry, and there will be dozens of parking spaces in a garage.
A five-story residential building is called The Seng. Named after a former furniture company that once occupied the site, the building will offer around three-dozen affordable residences. The Seng will provide its residents access to a second-floor terrace, some parking spaces, bicycle storage, and a fitness room.
The $250 million development sits close to major bus routes. It is also within a short walk of the CTA Red Line for commuters.
